I pulled this trendy egg photograph as an example, but not suggesting THIS is the fad. I am really curious to hear what else you've seen out there and what do you think will come and go. Skin fermenting white wines? Orange wines? Additives? Gum Arabic? (gasp) stems? Bare feet? Naked vigins?
